After a bit of a rest, I went to to visit the Roman Baths. This is a view of the city of Bath from inside the Baths.

Saturday, Sept 1 - In the morning, on I noticed what a tranquil view I had from my bathroom window.

After a very full English breakfast at the B&B, I went on a free tour of the city conducted by volunteers. It was recommended by the B&B owners, and I agree! We started out by the Bath Abbey.

Sunday, Sept 2, I took the bus to Prior Park, which I had heard about on the Samantha Brown Travel show..thank you Samantha, this was a great outing. Palladian Bridge is in the background.
